Orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or Collect+ depending on the size and or delivery speed.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, monday to fridays. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.
Standard: £8 – 2-5 working days
Express: £12 – 1-3 working days
PayPal: allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible to reserve another product/size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from www.benaiahmatheson.com. Goods can be returned in two different ways, both of which are described below. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the Products specified in the order. At the same time you shall complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. We may accept or decline the order. Please note that acknowledgement of an order by us does not constitute acceptance of that order or that a contract has been made. We will confirm acceptance to you by email confirming that the order is accepted and that the Product is ready for or has been dispatched (“Order Confirmation”). We shall at the same time notify you of the identifying number (in these Terms the “Identifying Number”) for your order and you will be required to quote it in any subsequent communications. No contract will be formed between us until we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right at our discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply products to any individual or company. If we decline to accept, or cancel, an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment, but shall have no further liability.

Each confirmed order shall constitute a separate contract between us and shall be governed by these Terms. The prices of the products shall be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. All prices on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT and packing and exclusive of postage/delivery.
